West Meadows is a fantastic community of nearly 1400 homes.
We are good neighbors and do our best to protect our home and investment. We pick up after our pets. We mow our lawns. We trim the edge of our lawns away from the road and sidewalks. We weed our landscape beds. We prune our trees over our sidewalks at a clearance of 7 feet to allow the tallest of our neighbors clear and safe walking. We do not block the sidewalk with our vehicles. We do not store trailers in our drives or on our streets. We always check with our ACC or Property Manager before we change the look of our house. When we repaint our house, we use a pre-approved color found in the color chart at the Community Club.
You can find all of our covenants and rules at the link on the home page of this web site.
We do these things because they make good sense. We do these things not in fear of our lives but, because we are truly good neighbors and we are protecting our investment. We do these things because we do not want to get mean looks from others and also because we do not want to get an enforcenent letter from our Property Manager. We do these things because we do not want to have the POA do them for us and send us a huge bill for their work.
