No exterior changes (painting, landscaping, additions, etc.) may be made without first submitting a REQUEST the Property Management Company. Please note that privacy fencing requests for corner lots also require landscaping along large publicly exposed areas.
Each request is considered according to its consistency with the Covenants and Guidelines and overall aesthetic impact to the community.
