The CDD is governed by a five member Board of Supervisors elected initially by District landowners.Eventually (no sooner than 6 years following creation of the District),Supervisors whose terms are expiring are elected by qualified electors of the District.Supervisors are subject to the same financial disclosure requirements as are other local elected officials and are paid $200/meeting for the time devoted to business and meetings as stipulated by Chapter 190 Florida Statute.
