EAGLES LANDING
MAILBOX GUIDELINE REVISIONS
These revisions apply to: Eagles Landing, Hawks Landing, Lakewood and Mallards Landing
No later than June 15, 2015, all mailboxes in Eagles Landing, Mallards Landing, Hawks Landing and Lakewood shall be replaced with only the mailbox pictured above and described below. Replacements made between June 15, 2010 and June 15, 2015, shall be with the mailbox described below.
The post/mailbox may be purchased from (and optionally installed by) Beautiful Mailbox Company* with the following specifications:
1. The post shall be of black, cast aluminum in the Regency style with standard post cap PC1. 2. The box shall be the black, cast aluminum box CMB4 with gold flag.
Homeowners are encouraged to protect the base of the post in one of two ways:
1. Placing stones, mulch or shrubbery at the base. Shrubs shall be maintained to a maximum height of (two) 2 feet. 2. Installing decorative base CB1 from Beautiful Mailbox Company. This base is optional.

STONE RIDGE
Stone Ridge residents receive their mail at the mailbox kiosk pictured above. The Association does not have any keys or access to any box. All arrangements for receiving mail at the kiosk must be made directly through the United States Postal Service.

WATERGRASS

The Watergrass mailbox and post may easily be purchased at home supply stores. Please read the specification above carefully for box color, post colors and size and coloring of numbers. The Association is not aware of a vendor that makes these mailboxes to order.
