The West Meadows Property Owners Association employs a professional property management company whose responsibilities include assisting the Board of Directors with:
the development of an annual budget,
the collection of assessments,
the planning, notice of and conduct of its meetings,
accounting, bookkeeping, records retention and preparation of tax returns and other required reports and filings,
the administration of its contracts with service providers and vendors,
monitoring the subdivision for Covenant and Guideline compliance,
the collection of relevant information, and
the distribution of information to POA members.

Questions or comments about the WMPOA, its committees, its Covenants and Guidelines or citations issued by/for the Association should be courteously directed to the property manager who will review them and respond accordingly.
Requests to be placed on the monthly agenda and appear before the Board should also be directed to Mr. Rials. For the most favorable response, it is strongly recommended that petitions be accompanied by as much supporting documentation (photos, affidavits etc.) as possible.
