Board of Director (BOD) MEETINGS Meetings are usually held on the third Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM in the Community Center Meeting Room and are open to observation by all members.
Any homeowner wishing to speak and participate at a meeting must be put on the agenda by contacting: Lloyd Rials, Property Manger at: lloyd@greenacreproperties.com or your Board of Directors at: WMBOD@west-meadows.org If you make your request through the Board of Directors, you will get confirmation from us that you are on the schedule.
Meetings generally last from 2 to 3 hours. The time allotted for Owner participation may depend on the number of requests. If an Owner provides us with a question a week prior to our meeting, it will be heard during the releveant part of the Board meeting. Otherwise, because many questions may be answered during the course of the meeting, questions and comments will be heard after adjournment.

October 20 -- Workshop & Adoption for 2010 Budget, Selection of 2010-2013 landscape maintenance contractor
November 17 -- Annual Meeting & Election
no meeting in December (Happy Holidays!)
