Our Management company, Greenacre Properties Inc., has made it easier to pay your annual fees. Effective immediately, you can link to a secure site and use your credit card to pay your homeowners fees. Below is all the detail as well as answers to all your questions!

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
In order to sign up, click on the above shopping cart or go to www.greenacreproperties.com and click on the “Pay Online” button at the top of the home page. Click the “not registered yet?” link to set up an account. Yo will need to provide your association account number and last name on the account. Your account number can be found at the top right corner of your fee statement as follows: xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx. Once you are logged in, select “Make One-Time Payment to make a payment.
HOW DOES PAYLEASE WORK?
You can go to www.greenacreproperties.com and make payments to West Meadows with either a check or a debit from your checking account. Standard processing takes 2-3 business days for a payment to process to your association. If you select ExpressPay, your payment will be processed for next business day deposit. Greenacre Properties is notified of your payment initiation date and time. Business days include Monday-Friday excluding weekends and holidays. It is important to remember these processing times when making a payment ON TIME.
IS THERE A CONTRACT OR CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?
With PayLease there is not contract. PayLease is an option for you to make the West Meadows assessment fee easier. If you opt to be a member of PayLease and still send in a paper check, you will not incur any fees for not using the service. PayLease fees are incurred only when you process a payment through PayLease.
