All Members of the West Meadows Property Owners Association are owners of property within the West Meadows community. Owner’s duties specified in the Covenants include keeping all parts of the lot clean and free of debris, in attractive order and repair, and in substantially the same condition as existed at the time of completion of construction (subject to wear and tear).This includes roof, windows, doors, residence exterior and landscaping.No construction, modification, alteration or improvement (except for interior alterations not affecting the external structure) shall be undertaken until approved in writing by the ACC (form available online under Committees/ACC).
Owner’s rights include access to current copies of the POA documents, books, records and financial statements, the right to vote on community issues, to run for the POA BOD and to participate in the election of POA board members.
