As a deed restricted community, West Meadows is subject to a set of Protective Covenants and Guidelines. You are responsible to review and understand them upon entering a contract to purchase a property in West Meadows. A copy should be provided to the homeowner upon property closing. Residents are encouraged to bring alleged violations to the attention of the Property Manager.Any such complaints must be in writing and are always 100% confidential.The Property Manager then conducts an on-site inspection of the property and, if a violation appears to exist, sends the owner a violation letter on behalf of the BOD. The Property Manager conducts weekly inspections of the community and issues violation letters as needed.
