1. A person at least 16 years of age or older must accompany children under the age of 12 to the pool. 2. It is the parents' responsibility to supervise and keep track of their children. 3. Swim diapers must be worn by infants not fully potty trained. Any accidents will cause the pool to be shut down for four hours and that will cause a lot of unhappy people. 4. No smoking is allowed within the pool gates. 5. No food or drinks (including water) are allowed in the pool. 6. No alcohol is allowed within the pool complex.
PARTIES AROUND THE POOL: 1. All parties must be registered through the club office. 2. All parties will have a 4 hour time limit. 3. Party size is limited to 25 people.

THUNDER AND LIGHTNING POLICY
Tampa has the distinction of being the lightning capital of the country. It is because of this distinction that we take it very seriously and are very aware of the safety factor. If we decide to clear the pool because of lightning or thunder, it is for your safety. When we feel it is safe to return to the water we will let you know.
