Tree trimming is scheduled for Hawthorne Estates and Strathmoor Estates (8ft from bottom of canopy to ground) during February 2012.
Due date for assessments is January 1, 2012. There is a ten (10) day grace period after which a $25.00 late fee is incurred. Please do not submit requests for a waiver of the late fee. There are many sympathetic and/or compelling reasons that have been offered in the past in support of waiver requests, however, please understand that the late fee is not meant to be punitive but rather covers the Association's administrative costs and expenses incurred in the processing of delinquent payments regardless of the reason for the delinquency.
