Changes to Your Water Bill Payment System

On April 28, 2022, Water Resources will upgrade the online utility bill payment system to enhance data security and improve services. This change will require all customers to re-register their accounts for online and phone payments.

Customers who have automatic bill payments set up through the County will have those continue uninterrupted, but customers will have to re-register to access the billing system to make any changes. All customers who register in the new system will also be defaulted to more sustainable paperless billing and receive their monthly billing statements by email, with an option to opt-in to paper bills.
