West Meadows Clubhouse Re-Opening on Tuesday, May 19th 2020
Clubhouse Phase1 Operations & Rules
8:30am to 8:00 pm Daily

- Access to the facility will require membership cards for all members, no exceptions
- Access to the facility will be managed by staff only
- Members need to practice social distancing and gatherings of no more than 5 people in the pool area and 10 in the parks will be allowed. We highly recommend the use of face masks while in all areas of the facility.
- Bathrooms will be open – shower rooms will be closed
- The Water/Ice Dispenser will be operational – members are required to bring their own cups
- We ask that you limited your stay at the clubhouse to give all our members the opportunity to enjoy the facility
Lap & Slide Pools:

- A Maximum of 40 people will be allowed in the pool area at any given time. We suggest you call the clubhouse ahead for capacity (813) 977-1160
- Only 1 person at a time will be allowed on the pool slide
Tennis courts:

- Reservations will continue to be managed via the Kourts Application. You can start booking the courts now.
- No group congregations on the Courts or under the awnings
Soccer/Baseball/Volleyball Fields

- No more than 10 individual in a group
- Baseball field will be open to 1 family at a time – no team practices
Playgrounds , Splash Pad, Party Room and Fitness Rooms will remain Closed
